We’ve reserved room blocks at three hotels in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District, all within easy walking distance of one another and of many of our favorite restaurants, bars, and sights.

Whether you stay with us or make a vacation of the weekend and find a place of your own, we hope you’ll enjoy everything Savannah has to offer.

Things to Do

Welcome to Savannah!

We hope you have a chance to experience some of the same magic that made us fall in love with this city. We’ve gathered a few of our favorite things to do, places to see, and food to eat while you’re here.

Take a Savannah Trolley Tour

If it’s your first time in Savannah, a trolley tour is one of our favorite ways to get acquainted with the city. You’ll see many of Savannah’s historic squares and landmarks while learning a little about the history along the way.

Visit Forsyth Park

Take a stroll beneath the live oaks and Spanish moss to see one of Savannah’s most iconic landmarks, the Forsyth Park fountain. Grab a coffee and spend some time wandering the surrounding streets while you’re there.

Stroll Down Jones Street

Often called one of the prettiest streets in Savannah, Jones Street is lined with historic homes, brick sidewalks, and plenty of Southern charm. It’s especially beautiful for a leisurely walk through the Historic District.

B. Mathews

One of our favorite spots for brunch in Savannah. Set in a historic building near the river, B. Matthews is a great place to start the day before exploring the Historic District.

Restaurants

B. Matthew's -- Great Brunch spot!
Coco and Moss

Coffee Shops

Foxy Loxy -- Requires a drive, but it's a staple! Their patio is where Sydney spent many weekends working on projects for SCAD.
Gallery Espresso -- The 1st coffee shop Sydney and JJ visited. Will loves their Carrot Cake too!
The Coffee Fox -- Same owners as Foxy Loxy and much closer! Great for a grab and go.
